एलिमेंट ऑब्जेक्ट एक्सएमएल दस्तावेज़ में एक तत्व का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है। तत्वों में विशेषताएँ, अन्य तत्व या पाठ हो सकते हैं। यदि किसी तत्व में टेक्स्ट है, तो टेक्स्ट को टेक्स्ट-नोड में दर्शाया जाता है।
