नोड वस्तु
नोड ऑब्जेक्ट दस्तावेज़ ट्री में एकल नोड का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है।
नोड एक तत्व नोड, एक विशेषता नोड, एक टेक्स्ट नोड, या नोड प्रकार के अध्याय में बताए गए किसी भी अन्य प्रकार के नोड हो सकते हैं।
ध्यान दें कि जब सभी वस्तुओं को माता-पिता और बच्चों से निपटने के लिए नोड गुण / विधियाँ विरासत में मिलती हैं, तो सभी वस्तुओं में माता-पिता या बच्चे नहीं हो सकते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, टेक्स्ट नोड्स में बच्चे नहीं हो सकते हैं, और ऐसे नोड्स में बच्चों को जोड़ने से DOM त्रुटि होती है।
